The Board of Mulberry Group plc is pleased to announce that at its Annual General Meeting held today, all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of Meeting dated 16 June 2010 were duly passed. The final dividend of 2.2p per ordinary share will be paid as proposed on 20 August 2010.
