ISSUE OF EQUITY


The Company has applied for 16,591 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company,
which were issued pursuant to the exercise of share options, to be admitted to
trading on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange.


These ordinary shares represent options which employees have decided to exercise
at the option price of 134.5 pence.  The Directors of the company have approved
the allotment of the shares.


These shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the
Company and dealings are expected to commence on Wednesday 12 April 2006.  The
issued share capital of the Company following this announcement is 48,891,053
ordinary shares of 5p each.
