MTI WIRELESS EDGE LTD

SHARE BUYBACK

Further to the US$1.5 million share buyback program announced with the full year results on the 3 March 2008, MTI Wireless Edge Ltd ('MTI' or 'the Company') now announces that on 4 August 2008, it purchased for cancellation 370,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 17.5 pence per share.

Following the above transaction MTI has 51,876,990 ordinary shares in issue.
