MTI WIRELESS EDGE LTD (the "Company")

Posting of the Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2013 and AGM notice

Following the announcement today of the Company's results for the year ended 31 December 2013, the Company's Audited Report and Accounts will be posted to shareholders on or before 7 March, 2014, together with a Notice of Annual General Meeting to be held at 10.00 am (London time) on Friday, 28 March 2014 at the offices of Allenby Capital Limited, 3 St Helen's Place, London, EC3A 6AB.

The Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December, 2013 are available on the Company's website at http://www.mtiwe.com/.

The business to be conducted at the AGM will be to present the Report and Accounts for the year 2013, and, if thought fit, to pass the following resolutions:

(1)  To re-appoint the following Directors:

a.   Zvi Borovitz - the Company's Non executive Chairman;

b.   Dov Feiner - the Company's CEO;

c.   Moshe (Moni) Borovitz - the Company's Finance Director; and

d.   Zvi Kannor.

(2) To re-appoint BDO Israel LLP as the Company's auditors for the year 2014 and to authorize the remuneration committee of the board to determine the auditors' remuneration for the year 2014.

Shareholders should be aware that Mrs. Hanna Lerman and Mr. Richard Bennett shall continue as external independent directors and their re-election is not required at this time.
