MTI WIRELESS EDGE LTD ("MTI" or the "Company")

 

Director deal

 

MTI has been informed by its key shareholder MTI Computers and Software Services (1982) Ltd ("MTIC") that the key shareholder in MTIC, Mokirei Aya Ltd, had purchased an additional 300,000 shares (which represent approximately 2.6% of MTIC) of MTIC, increasing its holding in MTIC to 43.2%.

 

Mokirei Aya Ltd is a private company held by the Borovitz Family - Mr. Zvi Borovitz, MTI's Non Executive Chairman and Mr. Moni Borovitz, MTI's Financial Director, hold 25%, each, in Mokirei Aya Ltd.

 

MTIC continues to hold 27,031,897 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 52.4% of the issued share capital of the Company.
