               Appointment of Joint Broker and Directorate Change


MTI Wireless Edge Ltd, a market leader in the manufacture of flat panel antennas
for fixed wireless broadband, is pleased to announce the appointment of Daniel
Stewart & Company as joint Corporate Broker, with immediate effect. Blue Oar
Securities will remain as the Company's Nominated Adviser and Joint Broker.

The Board also announces that non-executive director Frank Lewis is resigning
from the board to pursue other business interests.

The board would like to thank Frank for his contributions to date and wish him
all the best in the future.
