On 19 October 2023, Mr Michael Bell, Executive Chairman of the Company, gifted 180,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at nil consideration from his personal holding into a trust in the name of his grandchildren.

Consequently, Mr Bell holds an interest in 2,882,401 Ordinary Shares (which includes 14,767 Ordinary Shares held by his spouse), representing approximately 17.7% of the Company's issued share capital (excluding shares held in treasury).
