                   RESULT OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING
                                      
                                      
Molins is pleased to announce that, at the Extraordinary General Meeting of
the Company held at 10.00am today, the ordinary resolution to approve the
acquisition of FIA, announced on 27 September 2000, was duly passed.  The
acquisition has now completed.
