Purchase of Own Shares
Following the approval of shareholders at its Annual General Meeting on 21st
April 1999 to purchase up to 10% of the Company's ordinary shares for
cancellation, Molins PLC purchased on 13th October 1999 from Cazenove & Co.
1,136,045 ordinary shares 25p each at a price of 120p per share.
