Appointment of non-executive director
Molins PLC announces that, further to its announcement of 29 February 2000 of
the appointment of Mr D M C E Steen as a director of the Company, there are no
details to be disclosed under paragraph 6.F.2(b) to (g) of the Listing Rules of
the London Stock Exchange in connection with Mr Steen's appointment.
