                                 Board changes





Molins PLC, the international specialist engineering company, is pleased to
announce the appointments to the Board of Dick Hunter and Adam Robson, effective
28 June 2004.



Dick Hunter, aged 41, is Managing Director of Molins Tobacco Machinery,
including Sasib SpA for which he became responsible in March. Dick joined Molins
in January, 2003. He previously held a number of general management positions
within Coats Viyella plc and Dynacast International Ltd, in Europe, the US and
the Far East. He holds an MBA from Cranfield School of Management.



Adam Robson, aged 44, is Managing Director of Molins Packaging Machinery and is
now also responsible for the company's scientific services businesses, Cerulean
and Arista Laboratories. Adam joined Molins in March, 2003. He previously held a
number of senior management positions within TRW Inc in the UK and continental
Europe. He holds an MBA from INSEAD.



Dr Amar Sabberwal, aged 70, has today retired from the Board after five years
service.
