                                  Board change





Molins PLC, the international specialist engineering company, announces that
Adam Robson, formerly Managing Director, Molins Packaging Machinery & Scientific
Services has left the company with effect from today and has taken up another
appointment.  The board would like to thank Adam for his valuable contribution
to the company over the past 41/2 years.



Dick Hunter, aged 44, who joined the company in January 2003 and has been on the
board since 2004 as Managing Director of Molins Tobacco Machinery, assumed the
position of Chief Operating Officer earlier this year.  Dick has taken direct
responsibility for the day to day management of the group's three operating
divisions.



This change in the structure of the board was made to ensure a strong management
focus across the divisions appropriate to the current position and future
development of the company.
