The Company was notified on 8 July 2011 that, following a distribution to the underlying beneficiaries, Mr Phillip Wheater, Mrs Daphne Sinclair and Mr Alistair Sinclair, Trustees of the Frank and Daphne Sinclair Grandchildren Settlement now hold an interest in 393,193 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company, representing [10.08%] of the total voting rights of the Company.
