Mountview were today notified that Mrs. E. Langrish-Smith (wife of K.
Langrish-Smith, Director) purchased 500 ordinary shares of 5p each in the
Company at a price of £27.00 per share on 12 December 2002. Mr. Langrish-Smith's
holding in the ordinary share capital of the Company is now as follows:
