Mountview has today been notified that Keith Langrish-Smith (Director) acquired 1090 ordinary shares on 15th July 2008 at a price of 3775p per share, pursuant to an agreement dated 24th June 2008.

As a result of this transaction, Mr Langrish-Smith's revised holding (including those of his wife) is as follows:
