Total Voting Rights

Webis Holdings plc (AIM: WEB.L) announces that at 31 March 2011 the Company's capital consists of 230,171,644 ordinary shares with voting rights.  The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.  Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company at 31 March 2011 is 230,171,644. 

The above figure of 230,171,644 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Webis under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
