The Directors of betinternet.com plc, the online betting company quoted on
AIM, announce that the Company has received approaches which they are
reviewing and which may or may not lead to offers for the share capital of the
Company.

In the meantime the Directors continue to review various strategic options
available to them for the development of the Company, which include remaining
independent.

Shareholders will be kept informed.
