Following the conclusion of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company
on 10 December, Mr. Mark Child, (aged 39), has been appointed a Non-Executive
Director with effect from that date, as referred to in the Circular to
Shareholders dated 17 November 2001. Mr Child is a director of Regent Pacific
Corporate Finance Limited and iRegent Corporate Finance Limited. There is no
other information which falls to be disclosed concerning Mr. Child under
paragraph (f) (i) to (viii) of the AIM Rules.
