Mothercare plc announces that Legal & General Group Plc, has increased its total notifiable interest in the voting rights of Mothercare plc.

Legal & General Group plc now has a direct interest in 5,487,400 Mothercare ordinary shares, equivalent to 3.21% of Mothercare's total voting rights.
