Allotment of shares

The board of betinternet plc, the global online gaming group, is pleased to
announce that a total of 11,200 ordinary shares of 10p each have been allotted
on 3 March 2005 as a result of the exercise of options by an employee.


Application has been made for the admission of the 11,200 ordinary shares to
trading on the Alternative Investment Market of London Stock Exchange plc.
