EXERCISE OF OPTIONS



The Board is pleased to announce that today, following the exercise of share
options, it has issued and allotted 40,000 new Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each
at an exercise price of 1 pence per share.



The issued ordinary share capital of the Company is now 196,944,179 ordinary
shares of 1 pence each.



Application will be made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to AIM as
soon as practicable.
