Mothercare plc announces that Financiere De L'Echiquier, have reduced
their  notifiable interest in the voting rights of  Mothercare plc.
The interest now comprises 2,586,600 ordinary 50p shares or 2.96%
(previously 2,619,180 or 3.002%) of the company's voting rights.
