                            Further re board changes

The appointment of Denham Hervey Newall Eke as non-executive chairman and Hugh
Mac Giolla Ri as a non-executive director of betinternet was announced on 4
April 2003. Further to this, the Company makes the following disclosures
pursuant to Schedule 2F of the AIM Rules.

In addition to his directorship of the Company, Mr Eke, aged 51, is or has been
