The Company was informed, on 9th February 2001, that Mr D Craine, Finance
Director, had on that date purchased 17,753 ordinary shares of 1p each in the
Company at a price of 26p per share. Mr Craine now holds 200,000 ordinary
shares, representing 0.255% of the issued share capital.
