Clive Revett, Company Secretary, participates in the Dividend Re-Investment Plan
in respect of dividends paid by the company.

Under the plan, 23 shares were purchased on 3 August at a price of £3.377123 per
share. Following the acquisition, Mr Revett has 1,511 shares in Mothercare plc,
equivalent to 0.002% of the total issued share capital.
