Director PDMR Shareholding
Mothercare plc announces that Mr David Williams, a non-executive director of the
company has today purchased 1,025 Mothercare ordinary shares at a price of
£5.1835 per share.
Following this announcement Mr Williams holds a total of 31,400 ordinary shares
equivalent to 0.03% of the total voting rights of the company.
