Mothercare plc announces that Ms Joanna Boydell, a PDMR is participating in the
Mothercare plc Save as You Earn share option scheme grant made on 21 December
2009 over a total of 1825 Mothercare plc ordinary shares. The SAYE savings
contract is for a period of three years and the option price is 497p per share.
