Exercise of options and warrants.


The Board of betinternet.com plc announces that application has been made for
dealings on AIM in 6,725 ordinary shares in the Company allotted by way of
exercise of warrants and 80,000 ordinary shares allotted through the exercise of
options under the Company's Employee Share Option Plans.  Admission to dealing
of these shares is expected to take place on Wednesday 6 March 2002.
