                         Sale of Wigmore Street property


The Board of Morgan Sindall today announces the sale of its property at 110
Wigmore Street, London for £9.25 million.



The site was purchased in early 1999 for £3.2 million upon which a
contemporary new office and retail/restaurant development was built. Completed
in September 2000 the building provides a total floor area of 1130 sq metres
and both offices and restaurant were let earlier this year.
