Morgan Sindall PLC 09 August 2007 Morgan Sindall plc 9 August 2007 Lovell seal £36 million urban regeneration project Lovell, Morgan Sindall's affordable housing and urban regeneration business, is set to build a £36 million mixed tenure housing development at Mildmay Avenue, Islington, north London. The 21-month project, set to start later this year with the first homes expected to be completed in early 2009, is being carried out in partnership with the Islington and Shoreditch Housing Association (ISHA). The project, Mildmay@N1, will involve the development of 136 flats for a number of uses including open market sale, affordable rent and New Build HomeBuy shared ownership, through the housing association.
