Earlier today, Morgan Sindall announced Interim Results for the six months to 30
June 2006. The interim dividend of 8.00p (2005:7.00p) per share will be paid on
29 September 2006 to shareholders on the register at 1 September 2006. The
ex-dividend date will be 30 August 2006.
