Morgan Sindall PLC 21 March 2006 Morgan Sindall plc ('Morgan Sindall') Morgan Est wins £105 million electrical engineering services contract with E.ON UK Morgan Est, the infrastructure services division of Morgan Sindall, has signed a four year contract worth approximately £105 million with E.ON UK's distribution arm, Central Networks, to service over 5,000 sq. miles of electrical distribution system across central England. The contract follows the award of a £28.5 million contract last year for Morgan Est to lay cables, build new substations, connect new services and carry out associated asset replacement work in central England. The project is due to be completed in December 2009, when there could be an opportunity to extend the contract forward for a further five years.
