Morgan Sindall PLC 05 April 2007 Morgan Sindall plc ('Morgan Sindall') Lovell to carry out £60m-plus of housing improvement work in north London Housing refurbishment specialist Lovell, a division of Morgan Sindall plc, has been chosen by Homes for Haringey to carry out more than £60 million of housing improvement work over four years in Tottenham, north London. Work is set to start in 2008. Homes for Haringey, in partnership with Haringey Council, is planning to invest over £300 million to improve residents' homes to ensure that Haringey exceeds the Government's Decent Homes housing improvement targets. Lovell is one of four framework partners appointed by Homes for Haringey to work on its housing refurbishment scheme.
