Morgan Sindall PLC 19 July 2004 MORGAN SINDALL PLC Morgan Sindall JV awarded Camden & Islington NHS LIFT Morgan Sindall Plc announces that as part of Community Solutions for Primary Care (CSPC), a joint venture between Morgan Sindall plc, Apollo Medical Partners and Barclays European Infrastructure Fund, it has signed a 20-year partnering agreement with Camden Primary Care Trust and Islington Primary Care Trust to provide primary health and social care facilities in Camden and Islington, London under a pioneering NHS Local Improvement Finance Trust (NHS LIFT) agreement. Morgan Sindall's construction company, Bluestone, is the design and construct framework partner and will carry out construction works totalling some £50 million over the next five years. Contracts with a value of £5 million, for completion within 12 months, have also been signed for the development of two facilities at Hanley Road and Bingfield Street.
