Board Change

Morgan Sindall Group plc ("the Company" or "the Group") announces that Paul Whitmore, Commercial Director, has resigned and will be leaving the Company on 31 December 2013.

Chairman Adrian Martin commented: "The Board would like to thank Paul for his considerable contribution to the development of the Group over the last 13 years and wishes him the very best for the future."
