Analyst site visit


Morgan Sindall is today holding an analyst visit to one of its Fit Out
division's projects at 30 St Mary Axe, London, EC3A 8BF. The site visit will
include a tour of the work being undertaken on the 18th and 19th floors by
Overbury, a subsidiary of Morgan Sindall.


The purpose of the visit is to provide analysts with an insight into the
operations of Overbury and how it supports the Group's growth strategy. No new
trading or price sensitive information will be provided.
