Additional Listing


Application has been made for 1,335,650 new ordinary 5p shares to be admitted to
the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to be admitted to trading on
the London Stock Exchange. Of the total new ordinary shares for which
application is being made, 554,325 shares will be block listed to be issued as a
result of the future exercise of options under the Company's 1988 Executive
Share Option Scheme and 1995 Executive Share Option Scheme. The balance of
781,325 shares are being listed following the exercise of options under the
Company's 1988 Executive Share Option Scheme and 1995 Executive Share Option
Scheme.


These shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary
shares in issue.
