In August 2000 the company reported that the redevelopment of its property at
110 Wigmore Street had been completed. The Group today announces that it has
let the building at a commencing rent of £460,000 per annum on a 15 year lease
to Retek, an American software company. Rental income will commence for the
Group in May.
