The 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place at 10.30 am on Thursday 29 June 2023 at the offices of Slaughter and May, One Bunhill Row, London EC1Y 8YY.

 

The following documents have been made available to shareholders today:

 

a.   Notice of AGM; and

b.   Form of Proxy.
