Montanaro UK Smaller Companies Investment Trust plc - Holding in Company
The Company has today been informed, under Section 198 of the Companies Act
(1985) that, following the sale of 1,075,000 ordinary shares (representing
2.68% of the issued class of capital) Devon County Council no longer have a
notifiable interest in the ordinary 10p shares of the Company.
