The Company has today been informed that following a purchase of 600,000
shares (representing 1.50% of the issued share capital) on 29 June 2001, East
Riding of Yorkshire Council now have an interest in 2,600,000 ordinary 10p
shares of the Company. This holding represents 6.48% of the issued share
capital.
