The Company has today been informed that Millennium Partners LP now hold in
aggregate a beneficial interest in 4,085,000 ordinary shares, representing
10.19% of the issued share capital. The breakdown is as follows:


Millennium Partners LP: 2,050,000 ordinary shares, representing 5.11% of the
issued share capital.


Vidacos Nominees Limited: 2,035,000 ordinary shares, representing 5.07% of the
issued share capital.
