Dividend Declaration 

The Company announced on 25 July 2018 the introduction of a quarterly dividend equivalent to 1 per cent. of the Company's Net Asset Value as at the last business day of the preceding financial quarter.   

In accordance with this policy, the Directors have today declared the First Interim Dividend for the three months ended 30 September 2018 in an amount of 1.43 pence per Ordinary Share. 

The First Interim Dividend will be payable on 23 November 2018 to holders of Ordinary Shares on the Register at the close of business on 2 November 2018 (ex-dividend 1 November 2018).
