The Company announces that it has appointed Maitland Administration Services Limited as Company Secretary with effect from 1 January 2017.

The Board would like to thank the team at Capita Sinclair Henderson Limited for their services as Company Secretary.

The Company also announces that its registered office address has changed with immediate effect to: Springfield Lodge, Colchester Road, Chelmsford, Essex CM2 5PW.
