SHARES AT A PRICE OF 975.00P PER ORDINARY SHARE AND 100,000 ORDINARY SHARES AT
A PRICE OF 975.00P, BRINGING THE TOTAL NUMBER OF SHARES BOUGHT BACK TO
7,405,000. THERE REMAINS 70,187,000 SHARES IN ISSUE.
