ON 17 FEBRUARY 2000, THE COMPANY PURCHASED FOR CANCELLATION 75,000 ORDINARY
SHARES, BRINGING THE TOTAL NUMBER OF SHARES BOUGHT BACK TO 7,772,000. THERE
REMAINS 69,820,000 SHARES IN ISSUE.
