Moneysupermarket.com Group PLC ("Moneysupermarket" or the "Company") today announces that after seven years with the Company Graham Donoghue, Chief Product Officer, has decided to step out of the business.  He will therefore leave the Board now but will remain with the Company until the end of the year to hand over to his successor who has already been identified.

Peter Plumb, Chief Executive Officer, commented:

"I would like to thank Graham for his contribution to Moneysupermarket Group. He has played a significant role in the growth and success of the Group over the last seven years. In particular, we thank him for his commitment and dedication in helping to develop the new Group technology platform which will continue to enhance our customer experience and journey. We wish him every success for the future."

Graham Donoghue said:

"I am very proud to have been part of Moneysupermarket Group during a time when the Company has undergone significant growth. The time is right for me to move on and hand over to the team. I wish Peter and the whole team well and I am confident that the Company will continue to perform strongly."
