Voting Rights and Capital



In accordance with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and
Transparency Rules, following the issue of 21,647,145 C shares on 9 March 2007,
the Company's issued share capital now consists of a total of 55,280,270 shares
with voting rights (comprising 21,647,145 C shares and 33,633,125 Ordinary
shares). This aggregated figure may be used by Shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
