On 14 May 2009 Midas Income and Growth Trust PLC bought back 215,000 Ordinary shares for cancellation at a price of 90.00 pence per share. Following the buy back, there are 38,111,950 Ordinary shares in issue. The share buy-back will be financed out of the capital reserve.
