Announcement of Third Interim Dividend

The Company has today declared a third interim dividend in respect of the year ending 30 April 2009 of 1.63p net (year ending 30 April 2008: 1.53p) per Ordinary 25p share which will be payable on 20 March 2009 to Ordinary shareholders on the register on 27 February 2009, provisional ex dividend date 25 February 2009.
